When Nathron had pushed himself up and padded down the hall she wanted to follow,.. but she didn't she remained crouched over where he had just been, her eyes drifted shut her jaw locked in frustration.
Standing up she stared down the empty hall for a while somewhat spaced out. Snapping out of it a quarter of an hour later she turned back into her room closing the door behind her slowly until she heard it click. She sighed running her hands through her hair in frustration. She made her way over to the desk, and sat on a stool infront of it staring down at the dart. She reached over and lit a match lighting a candle absently, as if it were no task. She shat for the next few hours examining the odd dart, to find anything that might help.

Nathron woke the next morning with a headache. His ears were buzzing and his knees were weak. He hoped yesterday was just a bad dream, but when he pulled himself out of bed and landed on a pain-stricken ankle, memories came flooding back. He sat on the bed and forced himself to look awake. He stumbled to the door and flug it open. He limped down to Fang's room and gave the door a few light taps.

Fang muttered softly in her sleep. Was that someone knocking? She turned around to find herself in a dark wood, tall trees bowed towards the sky, blotting out the moonlight. "Hello?" She called into the stony night. The noise subsided and she shook her head. Thick boughs on tall trunks ignored her presence, tiny whisperings among them barely heard. "Nathron? Is that you?" she walked through the underbrush, listening intently for any sign of him. "This isnt humourous..." The absence of light was eerie, she crouched to the ground and brushed a leaf from its resting place. Beneath it she noticed a large gouge in the earth, with a pool of dark liquid near it. Fang didnt like this. She touched her fingertips to its surface and felt its warmth. The sudden crack of a twig nearby sent her reeling in fright. The dark figure of a wolf neared closer, ever so slowly. The same dark liquid dripped from his maw, blood, she realized.
"NATHRON?!" Screamed Fang as she jolted upright at the desk in her room. Her heart fluttered and skipped as she looked around the room. Someone was knocking...she knew that was real. Fang ran to the door and flung it open.

"Good Morning." Said Nathron, trying to sound cheerful. He took a step into her room. "I would like to talk to you. I have a few things that need to be said." He looked at her and ran a hand along his face. "I wanted to appologize for yeserday. I wasn't myself, as you can probably relate." He felt funny talking to her abou this subject. "I.. I made a few mistakes that I deeply regret. I'm not like most werewolves, I'm different. I have certain troubles..." It was a difficult subject for him to speak of. He looked down and tried to continue.

Fang stared at him with unseeing eyes, she knew there was something she should have been told...he was keeping something from her. She backed away slowly, her gaze never leaving his scruffy form. Nathron wasnt trying to explain what he was hiding, he was simply making excuses for his actions. He couldnt be trusted. His voice faltered unnervingly, she still wanted to hear what he had to say.

Nathron noticed how uncomfortable she looked. She stared at him as if he wasn't worthy of her presence. He took a step back so he remained outside her door. His words uneven. She didn't want him here and he knew it. "I'm sorry for bothering you." He said. "But some truths need to be unfolded." He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "I fear what this means. It is hard for even myself to understand. Well, it's quite a story. When I was a lad I had a brother. We were bother born with werewolf blood. We used to run around stalking the woods at night. Every full moon our father would give us a special drink. We didn't know why, until he took ill and was unable to watch over us. We felt sick ourselfs, and were forced to change. This undesirable feeling washed over us, one we didn't understand. It was like a drug. We didn't stop until it was real, but by then it was to late. We killed a lumberjack." He turned away. "Four years later my brother was taken by the coyotes. I swore from that day I would do anything to obliviate there population. Anything. Ever since that night I've been taking my father's potion. Every night, except the last." His breath caught at the memory and he forced the words out of his mouth. "I didn't mean to, I wasn't in my right mind. It was supposed to be the coyotes. Not him, never him." He cursed himself. "It was me, not the coyotes, I killed him." A tear fled from his eye and his knees wobbled. He couldn't live like this, he was a murderer.

Fang moved closer to him, and gently brushed the tear from his face. She swallowed and muttered " Bloodthirsty beasts cannot be controlled, when the curse holds them..." She bowed her head " When i was fifteen, a pack of savages attacked the castle, my mother's screams woke me...i couldnt save them, my father was butchered as well. " She fiddled absently with a gold chain that hung from her neck. " The oldest of the pack turned me, one hundered and seventy-five years ago.... I ran to the church for aid, but they shunned me for who i was. " She paused and shuffled her feet, uneasily. " Two nights later, I killed a peasant girl and her brother...their father came after me, and I slew him...their mother hung herself." She shook her head in shame. "We are all killers, some are simply more subtle about it..." Fang sighed and glanced back up at Nathron, he thought she was a monster....She shouldn't have told him.

He wanted to comfort her, hold her. He knew how it felt, waking up everyday to the feeling of pain. Before now he lived in the solitude of being by himself, afraid of what living with other people would mean. Always thinking about death, seeking it, but to chicken to do it. He constantly argued with himself. Is it better to live with the curse? or die and rid yourself of it? He stepped closer to her and looked into her eyes. There he saw a direct shadow of his feelings. This gave him comfort and all guilt was erased. "I think we understand one another now. I always thought I was a loner, a weakling, unable to control my changes. I would hid out in my house, lock all the windows and doors to prevent myself from hurting anyone. vomica est prognatus in pectus pectoris of validus animus , sic Loup may superstes. verus bestia est prognatus ut plenus luna vigeo." He cursed Loup and her gift. He continued to look down into her eyes. He felt comfortable there, like a sense of fiction that hides his cruel nature. His stomach flipped as he blinked away.

Fang tensed a bit as Nathron began to move closer to her as she looked up at him, her arms wrapped around her waist instinctivley holding herself tight as her nails dug deep into her sides. She relaxed slightly as he spoke, "Not complete understanding,.. but it's a start." she smiled at him and it slowly faded as he began to speak in foreign tounge but continued to stare up at him, just the feeling of knowing someone else felt what she had made her feel slightly understood.

For the first time in his life Nathron felt at ease for who he was. He didn't feel like he had to worry about what people thought about him. He used to worry that someone knew who, or what he was. After his brother's death, he would spend weeks in his wolf form, staying in the woods and not eating. Since his mind would fend off sleep, and his temper would rise, unable to talk to anyone about his "other" half. With Fang, he felt free to speak his mind, not worried she may find him strange as everyone else in the world, she may even be able to relate. He let out a sigh of relief and couldn't help but smile. Just minutes ago he felt like the world was ending, but all such thoughts had evaporated, and for the first time in a very long time, he felt truley happy. His stomach grumbled and he gave a silent chuckle. He looked at his feet. His stomach was once again, getting the best of him.

Her smile grew when she heard his stomach growling, "You have to eat.." she said walking closer lifting his head up with a single finger pushing up under his chin. She laughed scratching under his chin with her nail, just like she would have done were he in his other form. "I'm hungry myself.. just let me change... and we'll go get some thing to eat,.. that is if you want."

Nathron nodded his head. "I'd like that a lot. I'll meet you in the diner in say, half hour? There's something I need to do first." He turned around and limped out of the room. He walked down the hall and silently opened one of the doors. He found Light asleep on his bed. He walked back out and to his room. He closed the door behind him and went through his drawers. He pulled out a pair of black jeans. He slipped into them, and a blach shirt to match. Somthing in the corner of his room caught his eye. He picked up his mother's journal. He cracked it open and begun reading. He couldn't help but smile at her memory. She had died when he was only 13. She was taken from him and they didn't even know why. Ever since then his father had become a grumpy old man. He wouldn't even take runs with his son by the full moon anymore. They never talked, or even saw much of each other anymore. But if Nathron walked by his father's door, his heavy breathing and gasps of nightmares could be heard bellowing through. He pulled himself back to reality. He slowly lifted himself onto his feet, and made his way down the hall. He stepped into Light's room again and left his a note:
I appologize for yesterday. I'm sure you will understand, but i wish you not to. The way I acted was wrong. I should have taken that potion, I was endangering many peoples lives, and there's no excuse for that. I buried that poor man early this morning. A memory that still sends chills up my spine. Anyways, I hope you will except my appoligy. We should meet for lunch. THere's a lot I'[d like to talk to you about.
-Nathron
He slipped back out of the room without waking him. He walked down to the diner and took a table near the window, waiting for Fang.

Fang pushed the door closed when Nathron had stepped back out of her room. She sighed turning around leaning, slumped back against the door. She stood thinking for a long moment, she shook her head and pushed herself upright as she walked over to a large wooden, iron clad trunk. She yanked at the lock and took it off setting it down on the floor as she pushed the top of it up. Looking through someclothes that were inside she pulled out a pair of black leather pants, matching black corset top that tied up the sides, a pair of knee high leather boots that also tied up both sides and a long slender white velvet cloak that tied in the front on the waistline unlike most cloaks had. It was a drastic change from what she had worn previously, but she didn't want to be stuck in a situation like yesterday in the type of clothing she had on. She pulled off the golden locket and chain that hung around her neck and set it on the top of the trunk after she closed it. She undressed and redressed quickly. Fang brushed out her hair and left it down instead of having to take the time to put it up. She turned on her heel and grabbed the locket between her fingers as she headed to the door. She looked back as she opened it sighing as she stepped out into the corridor. She closed ehr eyes andwalked down the stairs as fast as she could, a small bounce in her step. Her heels pounded with each step, but the residents of the inn would deal with it. She turned on her heel and headed into the dining part of the inn where she was to meet Nathron once again.

((OOC: I forgot it was 1700-1800, and dressed out of place lol.))
Nathron stood as he saw Fang enter the dinning room. He walked over to her. She was dressed very nice, and he suddenly felt very under dressed. He escorted her to the table and sat. He handed her a menu and scaned his own. He already knew what he wanted... he'd had the same thing over and over again every morning for the past 12 years. He continued to look at his menu, it was all he could do to keep from staring at her. His stomach was doing flips and he didn't feel very hungry anymore.
